Information Security Policy

IP PRO K.K. (hereinafter "the Company") aims, as an organization, to provide its corporate clients with customized services that every professional advancing an IP strategy can use with confidence. To achieve this aim, the Company protects the information assets it handles against threats and earns the trust of all its stakeholders. To this end, the Company hereby establishes this Information Security Policy and declares that it will implement appropriate information security measures.

1. The Company develops an internal structure for information security, allocates the necessary resources, and works to establish regulations and promote their operation.
2. The Company identifies all the information assets it handles, conducts risk assessments, and takes the security control measures necessary to prevent any loss of confidentiality, integrity, or availability.
3. The Company complies with laws and regulations, government guidelines, and other social norms (in particular, ISO 27001), as well as its obligations under various contracts, regarding the handling of information assets.
4. The Company regularly provides the necessary education and training to all officers, employees, and others who use its information assets, and works to make this policy fully known and understood.
5. The Company seeks to prevent information security incidents from occurring, and should an incident occur, responds promptly and works to prevent recurrence.
6. The Company operates within the organization the management system necessary for this Information Security Policy to be carried out, and strives for its continual improvement.
