Yet at many of the IP service providers that are supposed to support this work, only the sales representatives are visible: in many cases it is unclear who the actual practitioners even are.

Since our founding, we have made steady, patient efforts to deliver IP services that meet "each client's individual needs," with "consistent high quality" and a sense of "confidence."

We started out with "a service where the practitioners' faces are visible" as our selling point. By accurately grasping the differing needs of each client and never neglecting the effort to deepen our understanding of them in order to deliver the right output, we have built trust little by little, and have grown into a company supported today by many clients.

Supporting IP professionals — ip-pro for ip professionals

Our work is "to support IP professionals." To that end, we begin by always being mindful of "what we are working for" and "with what attitude we should face our work." From there we think — "Is this response truly fine?" "Should we check whether this task is necessary?" "Even though we have never been asked or consulted about it before, wouldn't it be better to propose and provide a service like this?" — and we turn that thinking into action.

When we feel uncertain, we do not leave it unresolved: we immediately ask and consult our colleagues, check with the client where necessary, and hold to the awareness of always providing the best service suited to each individual client.

To "support IP professionals," we ourselves must first become "professionals of IP support" with the appropriate knowledge. We never neglect self-improvement, and with high awareness and advanced knowledge we build up our daily efforts to meet the expectations of IP professionals.

We continue to work so that we can accurately grasp the strategies, policies, needs, and backgrounds that differ entirely from one client to another, and provide a "quality" that brings genuine satisfaction. We never forget, however, that it is the "client," not us, who defines that "quality."

We do not confuse the "quality" we pursue with the "quality" the client seeks. We carefully consider whether our output truly meets the standard of "quality" that the client defines, and we keep striving to provide further solutions. That is the "quality" we seek, and that is our satisfaction.
